Guided the design, simplifying complex crypto interactions, designing clear onboarding, and building trust with transparent communication.

Zirtue aimed to simplify peer-to-peer lending among friends and family. However, the original application struggled with unclear messaging, complicated user flows, and low adoption rates. Users felt uneasy due to a lack of transparency and intuitive interactions, limiting trust and engagement.
My Role & Approach
As the Lead UX Designer, I led a comprehensive redesign of Zirtueβs app experience. I collaborated closely with the UX researcher to deeply understand user pain points and translated these insights into actionable design solutions. Through iterative prototyping and extensive usability testing, I created intuitive interfaces and clear onboarding processes that reduced user anxiety and increased trust.
